Introducing the FairphoneReader submitted

The name says it all really. Fairphone is a social enterprise, born out of a desire to raise awareness about conflict materials in electronics. Their comprehensive approach to production (even building their own supply chain) shows exactly the sort of innovation a sustainable approach can engender, and looks dope while doing it.

No-one wants to be left out of the fun just because of a moral commitment to sustainability – the Fairphone shows us a world where where we might be able to have nice stuff, and not have it blighted by all the sordid carry-on that global commodities usually entail. Now wouldn't that be something?
