I made the snowglobe from the Green Ideas gift guide

What do you think? This is a DIY gift idea in the latest Green Ideas magazine – we thought we’d try making it at home this weekend. It’s a snowglobe made from an empty jam jar, with some plastic toys superglued to the lid.

Our daughter liked it, but I suspect she will now grow up with some funny ideas about the weather in Africa – and the colour of snow!
