Recycling feeds stray dogs and cats of Istanbul

A clever Turkish company has come up with a way to feed the city's 150,000 stray dogs and cats and encourage people to recycle.  The pet food vending machine was the brainchild of Pugedon and works by releasing food for the animals when a plastic bottle is dropped in to be recycled.  People are also able to empty the last of their water into dishes for the animals before binning their bottles.  The cost of the food is covered by the recycled bottles.
