Using contents of a Bokashi bucketReader submitted

I have a Bokashi system but because my vege gardening is in containers, I can't bury the contents. I finally found a solution. I use a large plastic container with a lid such as a rubbish bin. Put in a generous layer of old potting mix, add the contents of the bucket and cover with another generous layer of old potting mix. I leave the lid on for a while and then uncover it to dry out.  As long as it is kept out of the rain, it is ready to use in about a month. A very satisfactory way to recycle my kitchen and some gardening waste and revitalise the potting mix at the same time. A definite saving for my pocket and the plants love it.
